Privacy Policy

Nelixfi’s utility tools are designed to perform their main work in your browser. Content you type, paste, calculate, generate, or select—including text, passwords, QR-code content, invoice details, financial figures, and images—is not intentionally sent to Nelixfi’s servers for processing.

Downloaded files are created for you to save on your device. Clipboard features run only after you choose to copy or paste and are subject to your browser’s permission controls.

Please avoid entering highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for your own use of a tool.

Some features use your browser’s local storage. This information stays on the device and browser profile where you created it:

• The Document Creator stores an autosaved draft, document title, and display preference.
• The Grammar & Spell Checker can temporarily exchange text with the Document Creator when you request that workflow.
• The Topic Comparison tool stores a short list of recent comparisons.

Nelixfi does not receive this locally stored content. You can remove it through your browser’s controls for clearing site data. Clearing it may permanently remove saved drafts or preferences.

When you visit a website, the hosting and security systems that deliver it may automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, date and time, and error or security events.

This information may be used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and understand general site performance. Nelixfi does not use tool contents for these purposes.

If you email Nelixfi, we receive your email address and any name, message, attachments, or other information you choose to provide. We use it to answer your request, provide support, and maintain appropriate business records.

Nelixfi does not currently use advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Browser local storage used for the features described above is functional storage, not cross-site tracking.

Nelixfi may introduce analytics or advertising in the future. Before doing so, this policy will be updated to identify the services and their data practices. Where required, visitors will be offered appropriate notice and consent choices before non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used.

Nelixfi does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Limited information may be disclosed:

• To hosting, security, email, and other service providers that help operate the site.
• When reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or enforce site terms.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of the website, subject to appropriate protections.

Browser-stored tool data remains on your device until you clear it, overwrite it, or the browser removes it. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security needs of Nelixfi and its service providers.

You can choose not to provide optional information, control clipboard access, clear Nelixfi site data, and stop using the site. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information Nelixfi holds about you, or to object to or restrict certain uses.

To make a privacy request, email nelixfi@outlook.com. We may need to verify your request before completing it. Because most tool content never reaches Nelixfi, we usually cannot retrieve browser-only data for you.

Nelixfi is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Nelixfi, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

Some tools provide links that open services operated by others, such as Google Trends or Google News. Their privacy policies and practices apply after you leave Nelixfi. Nelixfi is not responsible for third-party websites.

Nelixfi uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information it handles. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.
